You must hit the SUBMIT REQUEST button at the bottom of this form for your order to be complete. You should receive a confirmation email from the Bookstore once submitted

Unsold Textbooks are returned to the publishers starting four (4) weeks after the term begins. Please let the Bookstore know if you have not started to use the textbook by that time and the textbooks will be held.
